- Trace or edit my art.

You may not do the following under any circumstances. 
- Claim my art as your own. 
- Claim you created the art. 
- Use for commercial use without explicit written permission, paying the agreed upon fee, and crediting me. 
- Resell my art without explicit written permission. 
- Sell as an NFT. 
- Use at all with AI. 
- Be rude, explicit, or unkind. 
The following are the rights I reserve as the artist and creator. 
- The ability to refuse any commission. 
- The ability to post the art on any of my socials.I will credit you for the character design (if you did design it) and clarify that the art was commissioned by you!!
- The ability to use the art for my own advertising.I will credit you for commissioning me!
- The ability to assume your commission has been cancelled after I reach out to you five times without response or wait more than a week for a response. 
- The ability to cancel your commission if you break this TOS. 
- The ability to roast you on and offline if you violate my TOS.

1 Credit digitally involves linking my site if I am not on the site you are posting on and/or tagging me. You must do at least one of those things. You can find all of my socials on my site, theorchardsys.carrd.co. Credit physically involves not removing my signature, not posting photos of the physical art online without a watermark/digital credit, and not claiming the art as your own.
